Responsible for all technology related installations and support for 4,200 postal facilities in eleven states. Manage a distributed technical workforce of 58 people, located in the New England states and the Mid-Atlantic States. I successfully deployed over 8,000 desktop and laptop computers to support a National computer infrastructure upgrade from a Novell network to Microsoft Active Directory Network.
