2.1 The Assistant District Director shall be a College Brother in an ONECA Chapter in good standing with his college or university, capable of serving at least one full year in office. He shall perform the duties of the President/District Director in the event that the President/District Director is unable to perform the functions of his office. |

Shall assist the Assistant District Director with all administrative matters. Shall supervise all College committee chairmen. Shall work with the Assistant District Director and the Corporate Office to update and reconcile Chapter and membership status reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities within the District. Shall serve as a member of the District’s Conference and Strategic Planning Committees and make recommendations to the Assistant District Director with respect to all activities as they impact the District. |

Shall serve under the direction of the Director of Communications. Shall be responsible for submitting articles to the Sphinx Magazine regarding activities of the District. Shall encourage all Chapters in the District to submit at least one article per year to the Sphinx Magazine. Shall provide photographic coverage of District activities such as conferences, staff meetings and social events. Shall provide photographic coverage of Brothers of the District at other fraternal meetings and events. Shall provide a display of the photographs at subsequent meetings. Shall provide copies of photographs to the Brothers in the photographs for personal use and as a memento of the event. |
